Student Spiritual Life University Classes Fall 2011

Radical For Teens

What could happen if your students embraced being a first century follower of Christ?  Would their parents' lives be impacted?  Would schools look different?  Radical for Teens Biby Study explores the ideas in Dr David Platt's book Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream to help students understand how the revolutionary things Jesus said 2,000 years ago still apply to Christians today.  Denying ourselves, giving up everything, and loving Him above all else is a radically different way to live.  But it is the only way to tryly live.  Throught this study, students can see that they were created for more than a middle class existence.  They were meant to count for His glory.  This will be an eight week study and each student will need a book.
